Terms of booking, rent, payment and cancellation of request for a conference hall

Cooperation with an organization or a private person is carried out in accordance with contract. See form of contract below. The contract for conference hall rent and conference services is concluded and valid for one year. For every event an additional agreement with the list of provided services is concluded and attached to the contract. The customer makes an advance payment at the rate of 100% within 3 days from the date of obtaining the invoice, but no later than the date of the corporate event. The customer can cancel an event and get back the paid sum at the rate of 100% not later than 5 days before the date of event.
