Advice and recommendations on the necessary security measures for making payments using a bank card:

  • Take care of your plastic cards the same way you take care of cash. Do not forget them in a car, restaurant, store, etc.
  • never give your full credit card number over the phone to any person or company
  • always have an emergency phone number for your card issuer on hand, and if you lose your card, contact your bank immediately
  • only enter your card details when making a purchase. Never specify them for any other reasons.

Refusal of service

The consumer's right to terminate the service agreement is regulated by Article 32 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights"

  • The consumer has the right to terminate the service agreement at any time by paying the contractor a portion of the price proportional to the portion of the service rendered before receiving notice of termination of the specified agreement and reimbursing the contractor for the expenses incurred by him up to that point in order to fulfill the agreement, if they are not included in the specified portion of the service price;
  • Upon discovery of deficiencies in the service rendered, the consumer has the right, at his discretion, to demand:
    • free elimination of deficiencies;
    • a corresponding reduction in price;
    • reimbursement of expenses incurred by him for eliminating deficiencies on his own or by third parties;
  • The consumer has the right to make claims related to defects in the service provided if they are discovered during the warranty period, and in its absence within a reasonable time, within two years from the date of acceptance of the service provided;
  • The contractor is responsible for defects in the service for which no warranty period is established if the consumer proves that they arose before its acceptance by him or for reasons that arose before that moment;
